The past month has been overwhelming as our lives and our world has changed. We don’t know what will happen in the coming weeks. We do know that we will continue to serve our customers in whatever way we can.
Airbase Self Storage is still open, but you’ll notice a few changes. We are following the guidelines set in place by the state of California’s stay-at-home order. If you come by our office, the door will be locked. For everyone’s safety, our office is closed to the public until further notice. You can reach us by email or by phone.
Visiting Your Unit
Though our office is closed to the public, you can still access your storage units whenever you like. This has not changed. Whether you need to store belongings or collect items from your unit, you will be able to do so as long as you have your key card to let you in the gates.
Making Payments Online
We are no longer taking payments in-person. We encourage customers to transition to making online payments at this time. Limiting unnecessary contact will keep our staff, customers and community safe.
Our online payment portal is easy to use. You can view your payment history, set up automatic payments and email our site manager directly from this portal.
To protect our staff and community, please set up an account and use our online payment portal.
Customers who cannot access our online portal may drop off their payments in our mailbox. The onsite manager will pick up payments left in our mailbox each day.
